As a Fraud Analyst I help detect and deter fraud of all kinds. From e Transfer's to card fraud and everything in between. while I cover all fraud to some degree I specialize in debit and credit card fraud. This includes managing fraud claims and collaborating with colleagues and third party vendors to ensure that our cards are preventing as much fraud as possible without impacting the member experience.

In this position, I serve members on the front line with their daily banking needs. This can range from simple transactions to solving unique problems or offering products to suit their individual needs. When not helping member I am tasked with administrative duties that include auditing or balancing paperwork, assisting other employees and other duties. In this role, I have improved my problem-solving skills, improved my communication skills, and learned to work quickly and effectively within a team.
