I'm currently a supervisor for Plecker Construction, where I've developed and strengthened my leadership and managerial skills. Hard work and being proactive are major attributes that help me lead my team to meet our deadlines for our jobs. Through my seven years of experience within the construction field I've developed many skills which include operating heavy machinery and power tools, assisting in project management, and critical thinking. I'm driven, hardworking, detail oriented and focused on meeting the target date with efficiency and quality.
