Training responsibilities include developing operators’ process control and system troubleshooting skills as well as modeling the site’s safety culture. Unit management tasks included the development quality control SOPs and tracking documentation for laboratory and production employees. Facilitated shift change over meetings and communicated daily site objectives between management and the production teams. 3. Team lead for preliminary engineering of a glycerol to high value product conversion process. Prepared schedules and man-estimates for project proposal and managed the project timeline and team deliverable through project close out.
