I was also a corporate trainer and directed the training of all employees for 4 new store grand openings and the installation of a new money dispenser in 13 locations where I trained 1,500 employees. I managed some of the smallest departments with as few as 4 direct reports up to the largest which had 70+ employees, 5 supervisors, and one manager. During my time with Costco I was able to gain valuable leadership experience and learn how to work with a wide variety of personalities and teams.
