My name is Cody Rutledge, I have been a collegiate cheerleader for the past 4 years and have loved every minute of it. Through this process I have received a degree in economics with a minor in entrepreneurship. While being on a team, I have learned that communication and leadership are viable assets to obtain. I have learned many lessons along the way starting with time management, responsibility, accountability, team work, and discipline. Dealing with adversity and having large amounts of responsibility have helped me develop drive and a want to be successful.
