Current· Ensure the store is open and closed and secured each business day.· Meet and exceed sale objectives through unit rentals, insurance protection and retail sales of other in-store products.· Maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.· Coach and lead teammates on how to meet or exceed company KPI goals.· Trains employees on safety practices and policies and enforces compliance.· Foster an environment of accountability for customer service; resolves customer concerns, work order and repair requests.· Securely manages payments and processing, handles cash and balances receipts, and the delivery of bank deposits accurately and timely.· Manage the security of company assets, functionality and repair of company equipment and cleanliness of company grounds.· Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed in a timely and efficient manner.· Partnering with the auction vendor and Regional Director throughout the auction process, including but not limited to, handling collection calls and notices, preparing for auctions, buyer pay out process and preparing the unit for new tenants.
