I was born and raised in Washington. I have always had a love for computers. I have 10 years of experience building/fixing computers for family and friends. I have 8 years of experience in the IT field between contract jobs and full-time employment. The last 4 years I have been working as an IT support specialist. I have received an Associates for Information Technology.My certifications include: MTA fundamentals. CompTIA A+. CompTIA Network +. Linux Fundamentals. Security and Network Fundamentals. Microsoft Server Administrator. I additionally have certifications in a few phone systems and multiple CRMs. I enjoy furthering my education and taking any chance I can to further my growth. I am a critical thinker and problem solver who can look at items from many different angles.
