After high school, I worked several different jobs, customer service was always a Large part of my employment, I have always had positive feedback about my interactions with customers. I ended up visiting one of my customers after they had an extensive surgery, to deliver them groceries from the Walmart i worked at. Alongside customer service, decision making and problem solving have always been a strength of mine. Becoming an Eagle Scout helped me build these skills along with leadership, for example leading a pack of younger kids and teaching them skills that I had learned when I was their age. After 2 years of working in retail and labor. I chose to start IT training at Centriq because technology rewards my problem solving Skills, and it provides endless learning opportunities. I enjoy taking on new challenges and expanding my knowledge, especially when it come to Technology. Since my freshman year of high-school i have spent countless hours researching, building, and troubleshooting computers. An interesting fact about me is i helped 2 friends pick out the parts, and assemble their PC's in high-school. One of these friends is still using the exact same computer, which i can proudly say has yet to run into any issues over 4 years later. I am currently working toward my Network+ and my MTA certifications.
