My job duties included getting and maintaining leads and gaining customers business and respect, cusotmer service, hiring of new employees, overseeing the business side of the company.

I was involved in overseeing landscape design, as well as the overall construction of the project. I was also in control of gaining a customer base. This was a great job that allowed me to see from the beginning how a small business can be started with nothing and turn into a successful business. It also allowed me to see the intrical parts of a how a business is run.
