I-69 Concept of Operations - Deputy Project Manager - I helped develop the concept of operations document for this 17-mile TxDOT corridor. I lead the microsimulation effort in Vissim to model freeway operations during incident scenarios with Active Traffic Management. I developed a 3D visualization for use in stakeholder meetings. I also performed project management tasks that included producing multiple deliverables.Mobility35 GEC – Traffic Operations Task Lead - I managed various traffic operation analysis tasks within a 35-mile corridor. I also analyzed options along the corridor for allocation of right-of-way space with light-rail transit, general traffic, bus-only facilities, and bicycle and pedestrian accommodations. I presented to stakeholders to help advance alternatives on the project.I-45 NHHIP - Traffic Task Lead - I led the traffic team in developing the interstate access justification report for Segment 2 and 3 of the I-45 North Houston Highway Improvement Project. The IAJR included microsimulation traffic analysis for peak periods that considered access changes along four interstate facilities. The traffic models were calibrated to the latest FHWA standards. I analyzed traffic alternatives to address existing and future operational deficiencies. The traffic team also evaluated historical crashes and developed predictive crash analysis using IHSDM.AT&T Center VIP Parking Evaluation – Deputy Project Manager - I worked with the San Antonio Spurs organization to optimize their parking ingress and egress operations to accommodate additional VIP parking.

Conducted research and wrote Thesis entitled, Methodology for Economic Evaluation of Existing Roadway Assets.Researched and wrote paper entitled, Applying the Method of Moments in Determining Reliability and Optimizing the Preventive Maintenance Cycle.

Composed a 45-page report entitled Project 6-0701: Management of Transportation Systems for TxDOTPresented research findings in three 10-minute presentations
