From a young age, I was fascinated with how things worked. From working on vehicles to assisting my father with home and contracting projects, I grew to understand the importance of persistence and perfection. I was always looking for better and more innovative ways to perform work in a safer and more productive manner. During my college career, I was exposed to many hours of CAD design and engineering processes, all of which helped spur my love for engineering design. From working with groups to produce a variety of products and equipment to managing budgets and people, I found a knack for the puzzle called Project Management. I manage a highly educated crew of both sheetmetal and plumbing/piping tradesmen to produce high efficiency systems that performs above and beyond the expectations of our customers. I strive to send everyone home better than how they came to work; mentally, physically, and emotionally. Day to day workload includes:- Scheduling and Schedule changes- Tracking budgets on 10+ jobs at a time ranging from $200,000- $26 million in contract value- Managing and working with superintendents of all trades- Forming and maintaining a good working relationship with clients, vendors, and coworkers- Procuring Material and Equipment- Prioritizing Safety- Creating submittals and IOM packets for clients
