At PNC I serve in the role of Branch Sales and Service Associate. On the sales side the role includes duties of opening all accounts, loan applications, IRA’s, CD’s all products that pertain to consumer banking. On the service side of the role I handle all issues that may arise from fee refunds to disputes on accounts. Along with the roles of the job also, have opened the branch to begin daily activities and assist in the closing procedures when end of day comes around.

A sales employee that focused on sales of the three major categories of insurance. I achieved my license for Health & Life and Property & Casualty insurance on my first attempt taking the tests. Sales were focused on previous contacts as well as the several cold calls that needed to be made daily. Also, the position required taking care of service issues of customers from filing claims to taking payments.

In charge of all logistical demands for incoming delivery orders. This includes processing web and phone orders, ensuring that the required items are ready for delivery by date requested, delivering requested items to customers, and travelling overnight to ensure deliveries were made to customers outside the normal service area. Also in charge of nightly deposits as needed by management.
