• Responsible for business development by prospecting, cold calling, setting meetings, and putting services agreements in place with target clients• Maintaining existing client relationships • Providing qualified candidates in various engineering and design fields based upon specific client requirements• Qualifying various engineering job requirements and specifications with Engineering Managers• Managing and coaching a team of recruiters in search strategies• Negotiating pricing, bill rates, durations, guarantees, and other contract terms with clients • Consulting with clients on various staffing issues and providing necessary solutions • Interfacing daily with management, director and C-level representatives from automotive OEMs and tier suppliers • Utilizing Salesforce software to strategically track and document progression of sales cycle with existing and prospective clients
