Provider Partner Ii
CurrentPrimary on site point person for providers to improve their understanding of our benefit programs, policies and procedures. The Provider Partner is responsible for provider networks with regard to office education, technology promotion, network recruitment (expansion and strengthening utilization), and onboarding of newly contracted providers. The Provider Partner is also responsible for administering on-site office reviews as required by network rules and regulations. • Recruit providers and specialists where needed• Assist with escalated member placement requests• Educate offices through monthly communications, provider trainings and webinars• Train offices on how to utilize the provider web portal• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports regarding network status and updates• Work with offices to maintain appointment standards• Ensure network accuracy through validation and maintenance of network information
