My purpose is to help grow each and every Early Childhood Educator and have them find their greatness within, so they can have a successful career and change lives while significantly contributing to the success of their company and community.Developing and leading the ever-expanding TOPP KIDS Out of School Clubs for over a decade has given me the opportunity to be a proud member and advocate of the Early Learning Care sector, aligning myself with a number of leaders, changemakers, and organizations. I was shown at a young age the positive impact School Age programs can have in a youth's life, and I am blessed to be able to foster the connection of caring adults and mentors with today's generation.Through my work across North America, I have had the opportunity to create a new networking and resource platform for Early Learning professionals to gain the tools they need to find their greatness within. We have called this initiative ELCC & Community Development.It is this experience, coupled with a background in service management, corporate training, business management, growth systems, and my personal quest for knowledge, I have honed my skills to allow me to help provide a completely unique learning experience for all Early Learning professionals.I am deeply passionate about delivering exceptional results for our sector, our professionals, their businesses, and the children they mentor. In the Early Learning community, I currently also act as the Chair on the SACDA Board, Chair the Alberta School Age Conference, and am the founder of the Lights on Afterschool Alberta initiative."My passion is to help guide and create a new standard for School Age Care in Alberta and across Canada.

Our environments are customized to fit the communities needs and designed to make kids feel at home and help them develop into responsible, community conscience young adults and leaders.We have 4 fundamental beliefs that we practice in everything we do: PLAY, GROW, LAUGH & LEARN!Each day we provide a selection of structured and unstructured activities and programs, offering children plenty of choices.We strive to provide innovative and exciting experiences where children are able to learn and develop through play and exploration. Individualized planning and supportive interaction between staff and children help develop and encourage feelings of self-worth. It is our mission to provide the highest quality, accessible child care to families at an affordable rate. All of this has been possible because of the support and strength provided by our communities, our families, and our dedicated and caring educators, who we call our ‘Family Members’ and are so very grateful for.As a team, we pride ourselves in providing a program that meets the changing needs and interests of the children and youth that come through our doors.
