I have worked at a catering kitchen for 4 years. I help to fulfill high volume orders of food. I also deliver food to event locations and make sure that it is set up for guests. I stay at events to ensure that the buffet is organized and presentable. I answer any questions customers may have and interact with various vendors.

I worked at Federal for many years working my way up from a line cook to a lead chef. I helped with weekly inventory checks. I lead the floor when the sous and executive chefs were away. I helped brainstorm the chef recommendations listed on the menu.

I worked in the fine dining restaurant, employee cafeteria, catering, and casual dining areas of the Four Seasons. I enjoyed being able to see all the different aspects of the culinary offerings at Four Seasons.
