Responsible for establishing our written and verbal presence, setting the tone for best portraying our organizations values and educating stakeholders about our services. The Communication and Training Director assists with RFP writing and development, monitoring, and content creation.

I supervise Enrollment Department for eight Home and Community Based programs. I create new enrollment forms based on each program's rules and requirments. I run quarterly department quality assuance checks with regular audits.In the training department, I provide internal and external support for all training and communication involving our software and processes. I provide demos of our system to clients, users, and potential clients.I also assist in creating marketing material, training guides, resources, and recordings.

My role is responsible for all recruitment efforts of the district network office or network office. The process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting financial representatives is conducted and continuously improved by the director of selection and development. I have primary responsibility in the office to build high-level quality relationships in the community and to promote the Northwestern Mutual career, generate referrals and develop centers of influence (COIs). I play a key role in creating and leading the recruiting plan to reach activity and contract goals. Creativity, exceptional communication skills and drive to achieve are critical in this position.

Responsible for all telephone calls, office, and website inquiries regarding ticketing and event information. Responsible for transporting, setting up, and managing the ASO Box Office at all ticketed performances, including evening and weekend performances. Take and fulfill all ticket orders. Provide daily reporting as needed by the Director of Finance. Make recommendations regarding efficiency and effectiveness of the box office. Compile sales reports as requested by Associate Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Maintain/improve the integrity of data in ticketing system. Identify and contact prospects for group ticket sales. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Correctly and efficiently file materials. Assist with overall maintenance of the office. Assist in all mailings. Manage all social media and digital strategies.
