Performed duties as a Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer in the 3rd Battalion (Airborne), 4th Air Defense Artillery Regiment. Supervised and ensured the administrative, medical, and operational readiness of over 200 subordinates and maintained a property book valued in excess of $500 million. Directly responsible for 24 pieces of strategic military equipment valued at over $100 and sustained no financial liability incident or loss. Led subordinate Soldiers through New Equipment Training to upgrade existing equipment and field latest technology missile defense systems. Planned, developed, and executed training to certify air and missile defense crewmembers on mission essential tasks in preparation for worldwide deployment.
