Manage and maintain budget, Open Order Report, and financial completion for each assigned aircraft.Order parts requested by Production and/or Engineering for assigned aircraft.Attend daily IPT and Production meetings for assigned aircraft.Manage key suppliers/vendors for critical items on assigned aircraft; i.e. Showers, Galleys, Seats, Divans, etc...Work with Project Management on assigned aircraft for any and all Supply Chain issues or concerns.Create paperwork for shipments and returns being sent to suppliers/vendors.Create and run weekly/daily status conference calls and meetings with key suppliers/vendors.

Create burn samples for testing purposes; inculding cutting, sanding, bonding, etc..Read and review engineering drawings to verify all information is correct, as well as completing all forms neccessary for conformity on each burn sample.

Create spreadsheets utilizing Excel to track progress on each drawing per engineering department (Mechanical, Electrical, System, and Design).Hold meetings with each department to discuss ideas and processes to better control and manage the company's procedures and policies.
