When I decided to buy a SERVPRO franchise in 2002, I had no idea the challenges which lay ahead for me however, the experience has been extremely rewarding and I have learned much about myself and the world in general during these years. After 18 years in business, the decision to sell my franchise was not an easy one but I felt it was the right time to follow my passion for helping customers into a new area. Fortunately, based on the value I helped create in my business, I easily found a buyer and we closed on the sale in late 2020. I feel confident they will take great care of my employees and carry on the legacy of the business we worked so hard to establish. Many of the skills I learned during my time in the property restoration industry are directly applicable to an insurance adjuster job. That is why this seems like a natural move for me. I am aware I have much to learn and that is the part that excites me the most.
