Assistant Vice President- Information Technology
Current• Review, identify, update, and prioritize strategic initiatives to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership.• Participate in organization re-branding and targeting of new markets and programs to attract and retain clients.• Responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures and manuals governing internal IT use.• Responsible for planning and coordinating facility management and space allocations for up to 70 people across 3 locations.• Lead Generation in new and existing markets while optimizing expenses to close new business cost effectively.• Consistently collaborating with Executives/Staff members to identify and quickly address and resolve problems.• Lead technology selection and rollout, focusing on organizational planning, provider contracts and supplier service-level agreements.• Implementation of multiple pieces of software including LOS, Productivity software, VOIP, CRM, and LMS systems.• Manage and maintain secure network environment with Firewall, Software Anti-Virus, and Windows Server infrastructure.
