As the Sr. Director of Consulting Services, my focus is around partnering with organizations to develop or re-engineer their Talent Strategy. The goal is to attract, hire and retain the talent they need to accomplish the mission of the organization. My specialty aligns in understanding the talent market, the recruiting ecosystem, and talent engagements.

At York Solutions we have a holistic approach to the Tech community through our three services. We believe in creating a true partnership with our partners and consultants that fosters a long-term, trust-based relationship as we strive to provide creative, cutting edge IT solutions to help companies achieve business, technology, operational goals and objectives. Whether we are helping with professional development through our Think IT Association, helping our partners identify / attract top talent or helping Veterans and Stay-at-Home parent’s re-enter the workforce through our Barriers to Entry (B2E) program; we use a true partnership approach with our partners and members to help meet their professional, technology and business goals.

Think IT community has an overall mission of fostering professional growth and development through the power of networking and collaboration. York created Think IT in 2009 and we currently have over 2,400 members in 7 different groups in Minneapolis and over 450 members in Chicago. Most groups meet on a monthly basis in an informal, round-table format with a different member from the group facilitating (not presenting) each session. Being a member of Think IT not only allows you to network and collaborate with other IT professionals, but also allows you to be involved in a mentorship program, as well as a leadership development program called Link to Leadership.

Think IT is a service of York Solutions with the overall mission of fostering professional growth and development through the power of networking and collaboration.
