I am the Marketing and Communications Specialist for Mallick Mechanical Contractors and Mallick Plumbing & Heating. As a recent graduate from the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism – one of the premier journalism schools in the nation – I possess the ability to recognize my audience and understand the value of small details within any professional assignment. I collaborate with our president, vice presidents, employees and many others to develop campaigns that generates and expands the appropriate audiences for both companies. With the usage of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Angie’s List, Customer Lobby, Constant Contact and Yelp, I increase the awareness of who we are and what we do from an employee and customer perspective. Since starting in August 2020, Mallick Mechanical’s Facebook following has grown to over 1,300 followers, while the company’s LinkedIn page has totaled to over 800 followers and maintains a 13.66% engagement rate. Mallick Plumbing & Heating’s Facebook page has grossed over 1,350 followers with a 9.8% organic engagement rate. I take pride in representing both sister companies of Mallick but am constantly searching for areas of personal and professional improvement. I am always willing to connect with new people and open to any resource recommendations.
