Achieving business strategies through technology alignment and watching companies, employees, and clients succeed is very rewarding as an enterprise information and technology architecture executive. In my role, I guide the technological direction of 27 companies and lead talented teams integrating and standardizing processes and platforms across multiple operating companies, business units, and regions.Sustaining high performance in the face of ever-changing technology takes the right culture and leadership style. As a former baseball athlete, I focus on work performance and enhancing competencies while empowering diverse teams to bring their talent and creative skills so they can fully engage in conversation on innovation with technology to be today’s solution and tomorrow’s.I encourage teams to discuss the technical side of solutions and open conversations up to include how technology will increase sales, drive revenue growth, improve market share, engage customers, and improve experiences. That’s where innovation and transformation ideas begin to flow.At Angel Oak Companies, we deliver innovative mortgage and consumer credit solutions. We integrate credit and investment platforms to provide unique solutions across asset management and lending. When I started with Angel Oak Companies, I built out infrastructure and now define, lead, and enhance digital capabilities that supported the growth of companies. As a result, the number of employees doubled to more than 1100 people, and we are continuing to grow.➡️ TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS THAT IMPROVED CLIENTS’ EXPERIENCES:With mortgage rates constantly changing, we enhanced systems to allow sales teams to provide clients accurate rates and other information quickly, helping clients to make well-informed decisions. In addition, we’ve executed infrastructure projects with direct benefits to email communications internally and externally, improved processes to ensure positive experiences, and stabilized systems. ➡️ SECURITYMy teams and I prioritize security and have a record of supporting growth while bolstering security.
