As a Senior eCommerce Coordinator, I have managed a variety of responsibilities to ensure the success of our company. By analyzing this data, I identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to our leadership team. My proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data is an important asset to the company, enabling us to make informed decisions.I have also provide customer service via Zendesk to assist our sales department. This requires strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
