- Consolidated 4 system , 800+ queries into 335, and recreated over 400 total workbooks. This was to merge 4 brands onto one system, improve analytical performance and to act more as a single entity- Learned about a new in tool that would automate daily and weekly reports for over 110 reports. Doing so I became expert where I set up the report broadcaster, trained my co-workers, tested, and made continuos modifications. This cut down the amount of time it took to run weekly reports from 8 hours to 3, daily reports to 5 minutes, and dramatically lowered the amount of error from running and sending reports manually.- Communicate between the technology and business side of the brand. Fix, improve, and create any tool that the business may need to better make critical decisions and also notify the technology side if any data is working improperly.-Unified 22 individual workbooks into one to be used used across the entire brand under the same formatting. This tool was used to automate a lot of what the merchants were doing to save them many hours. It catered to all of the merchants needs and ranked as well as stored pictures of all the items.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator – Responsible for coordinating the execution of 12 test scripts for the business over three days. There were a total of seven testers. I was responsible for creation of the script, execution of the scripts to the schedule, and capturing of proper documentation for Sarbanes Oxley compliance.Business Process Documentation – Responsible for documentation of the daily customer service reporting package. Currently a dedicated resource spend 40+/hr a week developing reports for monitoring of customer service operatrions. I documented the process and provided recommendations to eliminate time. In addition, I developed several macros that saved 8 hours weekly on the process.Implementation of Hardware Breakdown Schedule Migration Tool – I was responsible for development of an Excel based order entry tool that allowed the CSR to record the customer order for upload into SAP CRM. The Excel template I developed validated what was entered in the tool set concurred with what was uploaded.

This tool allowed the user to see the projected prepellor repairs and use the tool to see how many repairs each shop would get for each month for the next 20 years.- Created universal spreadship that pulled information from other data tables using excel macros, which improved efficiences and significantly decreased the amount of time it took to get information to mass amount of people.- Developed customer service experience with the US Marine Corps by being involved in managment meetings to discuss what processes need to be changed or attended to create a faster turnover rate.These are just a few of the projects that I worked on. I worked with a wide veriety of people, and developed my excel and computer skills by creating many different macros on excel.
