CurrentIP/Ethernet NOC environment handling trouble tickets ranging from utilization and metric pulls to troubleshooting services live with customers. Primarily working on Juniper and Cisco equipment as well as various vendors in smaller or acquired networks such as Nokia/ALU, Ciena, Accedian (etc.).Daily tasks include:- Analyzing, isolating and resolving network related issues- Dispatching and collaborating with field resources to resolve physical issues- Troubleshooting reported degraded issues such as packet loss and latency over MPLS networks
