I have always had a passion for food and cooking because of the sense of community and the joy it brings with it.After going to culinary school, I worked in various kitchens working my way through the ranks as a dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, and banquet cook spending a great deal of time cooking at Dartmouth College. Eventually, I settled into corporate dining with Cafe Services.During this time, I became passionate about nutrition, health, and plant-based cuisine, recognizing how the food we eat affects how we feel, our overall health, and our environment. This is why I strive to showcase various menu options that incorporate new and healthier food items and use healthier cooking techniques. It is my goal to show that you can eat healthfully without the need to compromise on taste and enjoyment.
