Built Vinosmith, a cloud-based platform for Wineries and Distributors to manage their complete sales information in one place. Vinosmith keeps track of your Distributors, Accounts, Tastings, Orders and Depletion information; all easily accessible from both desktop and mobile.

Stellashare is a private, invite-only sharing service with no advertising that allows users to set up one or more share groups for the purpose of distributing pictures and text to a defined group of recipients via SMS to cell phone numbers (text) and/or email addresses.I built the complete application.

Batch.com was a mobile-based photo sharing application. I architected and implemented the complete back-end stack (everything but the iOS clients):- web frontend- API for frontend & mobile clients- Storage & caching- Asynchronous processing of photos and Facebook I/O- AWS / EC2 bootstrapping and configuration managementBuilt both the Dailybooth & Batch android apps.

Deployed a range of projects in my tenure, mostly Rails based. Built out a medical encyclopedia + social networking app which was based on a heavily modified MediaWiki installation which integrates with a Rails app (the social network).Designed and implemented the search layer (Apache Solr) which indexed documents across a wide range of types; implemented a "related" content feature using Solr.

PlacePop was a location-based social networking app, similar to Foursquare. The difference being that merchants can claim their venue and offer rewards for check-ins / visitors.I built the initial Android application and worked on the back-end as well (Rails, MySQL, memcached). Implemented Apache Solr for venue searching.
