Client Success Executive
Current● Manage the business/client relationship for a portfolio of multiple clients, ensuring effective communication and driving high client relationship value● Organize and directs multiple clients with competing priorities within a limited resource pool● Monitors resource and budget constraints in the triage and execution of projects● Serve as the primary point of contact for each client, building and maintaining strong relationships● Triage, assign, or resolve service tickets and client needs in a timely and efficient manner● Configure the Origami platform as needed for each client, tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements● Coordinate multi-departmental resources to align with client goals and strategic targets
