Client Success Executive
Current- Manage the business/client relationship for a portfolio of multiple clients, ensuring effective communication and driving high client relationship value
- Organize and directs multiple clients with competing priorities within a limited resource pool
- Monitors resource and budget constraints in the triage and execution of projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for each client, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Triage, assign, or resolve service tickets and client needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Configure the Origami platform as needed for each client, tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements
