Championed design initiatives across multiple brands within the agency’s book of business and managed one junior designer during one of those projects. Performed UX Research and IA documentation for multiple projects. Increased engagement metrics for a global tools brand by 500% and received an Acquia Engage Award for the work done to renew said brand. Performed multiple contracts with various brands to consult in a part-time and full-time basis on various subjects ranging from UX/IA to UI and Interface Design. Redesigned a public-university website from the ground up to meet new demands placed on the university by a changing digital landscape. Prioritized workshops, focus groups, and user testing to drive designs with user-provided feedback.

Utilized qualitative and quantitative data in order to drive human-centered design across multiple brands. Sharpened my craft by applying myself to as many projects as possible. Created a micro-site for a Cannes Lion Award-Winning campaign centered around organ donation. Collaborated hand-in-hand with developers to create a new digital identity for one of the nation’s oldest police forces. Prototyped multiple experiences for direct user feedback via user testing.

Kickstarted my career by enlisting as an Accenture design apprentice and took place in a six-month bootcamp to build a custom app working in an AGILE format from the ground up. Learned to work alongside developers in a Scrum environment to assign point-values to both design and development tasks. Collaborated closely with project managers and product managers to prioritize stakeholder initiatives alongside design needs from our users.
