Mr. Cody Fornari serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Realtex, Inc., and oversees all aspects of the firm's investments from acquisition through build-out.With more than a decade of experience in real estate, primarily focused on opportunistic and add-value opportunities in entitlements, renovation, and new construction throughout the San Francisco bay area.Following the 2008 financial crisis, Mr. Fornari leveraged his hands-on construction experience and financial skills from his early career in building ground-up luxury spec homes in Monterey County to help assemble and renovate some of the world’s largest single-family home rental portfolios for global private equity firms, including Och-Ziff Capital Management, Starwood Capital Group, Colony Capital, and GTIS Partners.Before joining Realtex, Mr. Fornari worked as a national project manager and acquisition analyst for 643 Capital Management, an operating and management platform focused on both debt and equity investments throughout the United States.
