As a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Endolytix, I create algorithms, workflows, and data visualizations to enable faster and more complete interpretation of complex biological experiments. I have developed proprietary algorithms to identify novel targets for commercial therapeutics, and I have contributed to multiple publications in prestigious journals.My passion for data science and machine learning stems from my PhD in Computational Biology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where I applied cutting-edge techniques to analyze genomic, microbiome, and environmental data. I also have a minor in Computer Science and a bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Before joining Endolytix, I founded and led Data Dolittle, a data science and machine learning consulting company for small to medium sizes businesses. I applied my expertise to real world problems in a wide range of industries, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to my clients.
