I currently head the digital, organic, and social media efforts at a boutique communications agency, specializing in earned and owned media. I’m responsible for managing a small team creating digital content and maintaining the social media presences of multiple non-profit, B2B, and CPG clients, including strategy, content creation, campaign execution, reporting, and day-to-day channel/community management.

I drove a cross-functional process to publish on-brand, relevant content daily on Thumbtack’s social media channels. I represented the brand's outbound content on all social channels, drove and project managed multiple social campaigns, and reported out/analyzed all social metrics in order to optimize channels and hit quarterly goals.

As Thumbtack’s Community Manager, I maintained a vibrant and active community via regular communication with our customers and professionals. This was primarily done via email messaging—using SQL database queries, audience targeting and segmentation, custom coding HTML email templates, and rigorous content testing to maintain above industry average click and open rates.

As a member of Spring Creek Group's Campaigns department, I assisted with the concepting, development, strategy, and execution of creative social campaigns for our clients. This consisted of everything from drafting copy, graphic design, managing social channels, creating content strategy, brainstorming ideas, calendars, providing estimates, and assisting the account services department with new business pitches.
