During my time as the IT Director and Information Security Officer at Reynolds Farm Equipment, I redesigned the entire IT infrastructure as well as implemented new security solutions, controls, and policies. Creating a security minded culture was a top priority of mine, as the first line of defense in cyber security always comes down to the company employees. I also brought Reynolds Farm Equipment into alignment with the Deere Cyber Security Framework (DCSF) and managed our IT vendor relations, partnered with new companies, and managed the Reynolds IT budget, agreements, and contracts.

I first worked in the IPN Operations center as a support analyst for John Deere factories and offices world wide. In this role, I gained exposure to the John Deere production, quality, and test environments globally. I then moved to JDIS (John Deere Information Systems) where I worked as a dealer business specialist and then an infrastructure analyst, supporting over 25,000 users at John Deere dealerships in the North America region. I was the technical resource for 15 highly complex dealer change projects, 24 implementation projects, and support incidents. I created, audited, and redesigned multiple processes focusing on customer relations, continuous improvement, and repeatable processes. I gained advanced experience with multiple environments and infrastructure designs as a system and network administrator. I also created a security course targeted at equipping businesses with the knowledge to train their employees and harden their defenses while also maintaining a strong disaster recovery plan. This class was chosen to present at a national dealer convention. Finally, I was an Infrastructure Analyst III on the Virtualization Tier 3 team where I managed our virtual environment of more than 11,000 virtual machines and over 10 vCenters comprising of both Cisco and HPe hardware. I also managed our datacenter and edge site virtual environments.
