· Review, schedule, and analyze the efficacy and accuracy of the Preventative Maintenance Program and associated procedures· Coordinate and manage various equipment and capital improvement projects· Provide objective quantification of the maintenance program’s effect on equipment uptime and production capacity· Perform thorough troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to evolve and alter existing maintenance requirement procedures, frequency, or scope· Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance work orders· Standardize equipment maintenance procedures and ensure adequate equipment coverage· Overhauled maintenance department electric work and safety practices, including required Initial Voltage Verifications, Work on Energized Gear precautions, and a plant-wide Arc-Flash program.

Coordinate personnel operations regarding testing, training, inspections, and quality assurance required during the refit and modernization of Naval vessels.
