My name is Cody Janes, and I am a Budget Officer at America First Credit Union. I have over seven years of experience working in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment, where I have received multiple awards and numerous accolades. My work experience has given me the ability to maintain attention to detail while multitasking in an everchanging stressful environment, giving my clients the products and solutions needed to best suit them and their situations, and provide great interpersonal customer service. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Weber State university in April of 2023, where I have had the opportunity to learn essential business skills with a focus on financial services and products along with excel, project valuation, banking, analytics, and investing. My work experience in combination with my education have given me the ability to get to know customers or clients personally and tailor products to their personal needs and providing strong customer experience while satisfying company goals at a high level. Through an extensive work history, as well as a collegiate football career, I have developed a leadership type that I describe as authentic, and dependable. I believe that honest criticism, and feedback promotes the most growth in myself and those around me.
