- Currently acting as the site superintendent for the FC Cincinnati Training Center- Site work includes renovating five former softball fields and the associated infrastructure into three soccer fields - one artificial turf and two natural grass - and the future home of the FC Cincinnati team, which includes locker rooms, offices, rehabilitation facilities, a player lounge, and the hub of soccer in the community- Developed scopes of work, package bidding and buyout review, the site logistics plan, and the overall project launch as the on-site contact for the initial start-up of the work as subcontractors came on board- Encouraged and reinforced the importance of job site safety through thorough orientations and observations done daily and personal connections and relationships formed with the field staff

- Exterior Assistant Superintendent on the Cincinnati Museum Center and Union Terminal Restoration and Renovation project that has an approximate value of $220 million- Coordinate, organize, manage, and implement tasks between multiple subcontractors performing work on the exterior of the job site-Provide documentation of progress through photography, site walks with subcontractor supervisors, and detailed meetings with other sectors of the project that allow for coordination- Manage daily paperwork and monitor the implementation of the site safety protocols, construction reports, and permits such as Pre-Task Plans, Contractor Daily Reports, and various inspections- Daily exposure to processes that include, but are not limited to, the following: lead and asbestos abatement, waterproofing, various masonry tasks and techniques, site electrical issues, curtain walls, and asphalt paving and repairs

Through my experiences at Taft and Withrow, I have been exposed to many of the issues currently plaguing large, public school systems and how students, teachers, coaches, and administrators handle the aforementioned problems. Although football is what I coach, my involvement goes beyond the field and I truly want to make a difference in the lives of these young men and their families.- Special teams coordinator and offensive line coach for one of the largest and storied athletic departments within the Cincinnati Public School system

- Assistant offensive/defensive line coach and special teams coordinator for one of the premier athletic programs in the Cincinnati Public School system- Mentor approximately 35 to 40 young men using football as a medium to make an impact on the community in which I live through hours spent at practice, in the weight room, watching game film, and post-practice conversations that lead to in-depth, purposeful dialogue- Emphasize decision-making, responsibility, and sacrificing for others as key teaching points that are used to build character and develop well-rounded individuals that are prepared to enter the community- Explore options for post-graduation opportunities and discuss the college process, alternative routes, and the dreams of the student-athletes I see on a daily basis

- Performed research under the instruction of Dr. Tracy Haynes and Dr. Katia Del Rio-Tsonis- Worked in a lab that secured $1.8 million in funding for analyzing the chick embryo with regards to tissue regeneration- Co-authored an accepted $750 grant proposal for a continuation of undergraduate research focusing on the Pi3k pathway- Receive training to perform immunohistochemistries, use of a cryotome, microtome, and confocal microscope- Learned proper lab techniques and data collection used in potential retinal regeneration and its associated cellular pathways-Helped graduate assistants in personal research projects and assisted other students in determining future implications of cell signaling and growth factors on model organisms

-Performed various roles throughout my time with the team and two coaching staffs -Maintained an Excel database for all opposing teams injuries, suspensions, players leaving, and the like -Worked closely with Tight Ends Coach/Recruiting Coordinator: assisted with finding and evaluating players in his recruiting area, aid equipment and coaching staff during on-field practices, and meeting with recruits during game day visits

- 7-week program designed to use sports as an equipping evangelistic and discipleship tool- Involved fundraising efforts, teamwork, collaboration, networking, and public speaking aspects- Raised $1,360 through grassroots efforts, presentations, and word of mouth- Assisted "head coach" with various administrative and leadership duties during the process of overseeing and working with the general team members- Traveled to various regions of the country to put on sport camps for children ages 4-12- Worked with teams of college-aged interns and church leadership on the programs, sports, and recreational events- Focused on coaching the elements and fundamentals of football at each church and camp
