• Collected member chapter dues and fines accordingly from 6 organizations• Maintained accurate records throughout the year through invoicing and receipts• Served as chair of the Finance Committee and supervised the annual budget process of $20,000• Prepared financial statements monthly and at the end of each term for distribution to Executive Board Officers and member chapters• Reviewed and approve all IFC Expenditure Request Forms and IFC Reimbursement Request Forms • Provided advice and support to member chapter financial officers

• Managed and fulfilled up to 50 legal rental contracts a day• Accepted expectation of working 60-hours per week to cover shifts• Fast-paced work environment – managed phone calls, reservations, payments, legal contracts, and educated customers • Communicated with managers and colleagues to ensure operations were organized while maintaining satisfactory time management and safety• Taught both jet ski and boat operators, as well as passengers, on boating and personal watercraft safety laws in accordance with Maryland state law• Monitored the safety of and assured that jet ski rental operators and passengers were following all Maryland state laws and regulations during the rental duration
