I create and manage emerging digital experiences for the Disney Parks

I managed a core product line of ZAGG products. This consisted of managing the products from the ideation and research phase all the way through the lifecycle of the product. These products include physical goods as well as developing supporting mobile apps. Other duties include product line planning, managing suppliers to get high quality products developed, working with marketing to create the packaging and other collateral, and guiding sales teams to insure accurate product messaging is being portrayed.

I worked with all organizational levels in an agile environment to develop and manage programs for IBM Watson Health. Managing these projects included identifying risks and analyzing product strategy then clearly communicating the proposed planning to project stakeholders. Once planning was done I helped facilitate and manage the products through the development lifecycle. This included managing development teams during the product builds.

I researched the markets and analyzed the needs of the consumers to find products Blendtec could develop to fill those needs. These insights were found through resources such as surveys, market data, and by observing industry trends. In order to get products approved, business cases were written and presented to executives. I managed products from the time they were conceived until they were completed. Once the products were completed and for sale, I monitored the product lineups to ensure that all the products were priced and positioned properly. Inefficient SKUs were updated or cut. As a department we reduced active product SKUs by 65%, which allowed significant resources to be freed up for other uses.

As the marketing operations and analytics intern, I was responsible for analyzing all email campaigns and web data using several analytic programs including Google Analytics and Litmus. I developed a product launch plan for two major product releases. This included analyzing the market for optimal release dates, writing press releases, coordinating photo shoots, and other strategic release plans.

I was responsible for creating client specific pricing, primarily for clients who were in the process of renewing their contracts with 3M. This involved working with several departments and analyzing consumer metrics to produce the pricing of 3M products.
