• Lead and guide the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time and develop the skills and career development of team members. • Develop project plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure that the software development process is efficient and meets quality standards. • Work closely with product management, design and other technical teams to ensure that products meet market needs and achieve company strategic goals.

• Participate in the design, development, testing and other processes of software engineering systems, and solve key and technical problems in engineering. Guide the work of programmers. Responsible for customer research, business process analysis and design together with the project manager.• Assist the project manager to ensure the quality of the project. Coordinate the work of individual programmers and be able to work collaboratively with other software engineers.
