• Brought in to Automate manual provisioning processes through Powershell and IDG/IDM software with Imprivata. Took a manual process of account provisioning from one week to one day for creating 200+ accounts in Active Directory and other applications through Powershell scripting. • Managed an active directory environment of 5000 active users, 50,000 total users, and 500+ security groups.• Design and engineer solutions, identity access management applications, and other means to automate manual processes for application provisioning and de-provisioning in accordance with defined processes, policies and organizational information security requirements. • Consult on user system and application access entitlements and provide feedback to the system and/or application subject matter expert to ensure provided access is consistent with the principle of least privilege. • Process system and application access requests as it relates to Identity and Access Management. • Ensure Quality assurance for all processed requests. Making sure requests are done properly and within the SLA time-frames established. • Evaluating supported system and access request information with reference to security related controls consistent with established role based access controls. Coordinates with customs to obtain additional information or clarification of submitted requests. • Conduct periodic review of privileged user access and security event logs, as applicable, to determine the appropriateness of a users access. • Troubleshooting and problem analysis for access problems using advanced troubleshooting skills.

• A key part in the digital transformation within the company. • Led one of the largest iPad deployments (over 20,000 iPads) in the country from ordering, configuration, provisioning and mobile device management through Airwatch.
