Cody is a strategic leader who excels amongst adversity to succeed. He sets the benchmark and constantly sets his sights on improving company goals such as achieving the best possible customer service while improving employee engagement and increasing company productivity. Cody is relentless is continuing to improve current processes to streamline automation and solve complex issues that require visualization of all aspects to ensure the implementation is only beneficial to all parties. His attention to detail has lead to several successful system implementations, which in return increased system efficiency and employee metrics. Cody achieved a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Supply Chain Management with a minor in Business Analytics from Old Dominion University. Cody is currently involved in his community by volunteering as a recreational football coach for kids aged 11-18. As a coach, he has excelled in leadership growth and knows what it takes to get a team to want to follow and execute to the highest degree possible. He knows that every team member is of utmost importance and Cody must execute to the best of his ability to enable them to thrive and succeed with a winning attitude.
