Created ETL (Extract, transform, and load) applications for integration of multiple 3rd party systems including ERP, insurance policy management, document imaging of over 100 million documents, claims management, policy rating, and multiple legacy systems. Established regulatory requirement data feeds to multiple bureaus in all 50 states. Responsible for creation and maintenance of 29 company websites and implemented repository and deployment processes to maintain the company’s software intellectual property. Under his direction, his team processed hundreds of monthly tickets related to the software initiatives and developed several valuable applications including an automated Risk Trigger system to identify insurance term violations, a broker statement solution with bar-code capabilities to streamline the customer payment process, custom rules based engines to facilitate management of complex underwriting rules, and highly customizable customer facing online insurance rating systems.

Initially hired as the Lead Software Engineer for Eonstreams during the company's early start-up phase to develop customized software applications for on-line media and advertising. Held a critical role in the growth and expansion of the company. Promoted into Software Engineering Manager to prioritize and delegate software development projects, establish timelines for each phase of design, and hire, train, and manage five software engineers. Created several profitable software applications, including:• Online PPV (Pay Per View) streaming video portal• Streaming video kiosks deployed to malls• Training software with online streaming video• Television station streaming software• On demand advertising softwareExpanded the company into the untapped radio industry by developing the EASI Encoder software and FastAim (Focused Ad Selection Technology and Ad Insertion Management) that connected to radio automation systems and covered terrestrial ads with demographically targeted online ads that were scheduled via an online interface. This streaming and advertising platform was deployed to over 900 radio stations and routinely served over 100,000 end users simultaneously. It was licensed to several customers including Clear Channel Communications, Citadel Broadcasting, ABC Radio, Radio One, Univision, Pamal Broadcasting, Sheridan Gospel Network, Gaylord Entertainment Group, KAYO FM, Grupo Radio Mexico, Regent Radio Group, Reach FM Radio Network, Carter Sherman Broadcast Group, and Mediaspan Group. Software invented and implemented by Mr. Lambert resulted in two patent filings and was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Vitalstream in 2006 and later Internap in 2007.
