Responsibilities included delivering $50MM in annual bookings with ownership of a $30MM expense budget, managing 6 direct reports and an organization of 85 people, as well as 40+ global resellers in emerging markets.• Sold record-breaking $1MM+ deals with Accenture, Philip Morris, General Motors, and many other Global 2000 enterprises. • Full P&L ownership with GM responsibilities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. • $50MM 2021 bookings budget; Achieved 80% bookings attainment in COVID-19 impacted 2020; Achieved 109% bookings attainment in 2019.• Improved inconsistent forecasting upon arrival to +/- 5% accuracy under my leadership• Overhauled sales process and go-to-market to move upmarket selling to Global 2000 size enterprises. • Built out reporting and analytics to providing greater visibility into the sales funnel, leading indicators, pipeline, and forecasting.
