Created a food security demonstration garden to teach and mentor local district farmers on various topics to include: permaculture and nutrition, current meal vs. nutritious meal, low-input farming and dependency, farming as a business, sustainable water and soil practices, natural fertilizer and pest deterrents.Created and led a weekly meeting of entrepreneurs interested in operating their own businesses. Topics included: pricing structure, accounting, marketing, legal and feasibility testing, creating a business plan and finance and investing for the future. Restructured and reorganized a program called Youth Friendly Health Services (YFHS).
