I have worked with our National Warehouse Lending (NWL) team on a PRN basis since December 2023. - Analyze financial statements, including performance ratios.- Prepare written analyses which include: - Credit investigations of the borrower and guarantors. - Economic and market conditions as they relate to the company, industry, and market area. - In-depth historical financial analysis, including communication with the borrower's accountant. - In-depth projection financial analysis, including performance "what if" scenarios for feasibility testing. - In-depth analysis of secondary sources of repayment such as collateral. - In-depth analysis of the guarantor's financial position. - Identify and report strengths and weaknesses. - Collect and maintain industry data and research industry-specific information from outside sources, including conversations with the borrower, industry publications, and references from other banks and credit agencies.- Effectively communicate with take-out investor(s) to obtain their financials, note endorsement verbiage, and verify the document's accuracy.- Obtain product matrice(s) to ensure that all product offerings meet the "eligible Loan" standard set by NWL policies and procedures.- Process and establish accountability pertaining to Warehouse Lending Participation Agreement covenants.
