 Managed the Trade Relations analytics team to develop, maintain, and improve rebate analytics as it pertains to the company’s clients and bottom line. Grew a small team of two into seven direct reports that focused on Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid drug rebates, Medicare Plan Finder (MPF), Inbound Rebate Aggregation business, and much more. Helped lead a project that identified a new strategy for saving the company’s clients money every year. The project increased savings by over $100M annually and the results of my work were used to make major changes throughout the company. I was the go-to SME for most all data changes and updates between the business and IT and lead the implementation of the new rebate strategy. Identify & interpret KPI’s and shared ideas on how they could influence important decision making. Acted as department liaison for company-wide steering committees including reporting and data governance. Participated in monthly LEAN training to incorporate LEAN principles in daily work/decision making.

 Managed several models for rebate strategy, rebate forecasting, and data management for the Trade Relations department. Through dedication to data, accountability, and accuracy, I redefined the company’s rebate forecasting data and processes to correct over $2M worth of miscalculations from the previous logic. Improved rebate forecasting data and processes for both Medicare and Commercial business. Assisted in the training and development of the new Financial Analysts within the department. Improved and automated rebate strategy models for forecasting.
