Once completed, I developed a plan to completely start fresh and have successfully implemented a new asset tracking software and processes.• Manage inventory levels using SAP and implemented a min/max inventory replenishment process, reducing inventory levels by 60 percent while maintaining appropriate quantities to sustain business demands. • Leading the 5s program for the Houston Rosen offices. During this time, I created a process to monitor HSSE observation cards and track time to correction. In addition I automated the HSSE 5s process to track historical data, graph results and streamline overall process which decreasing process time by 50 percent. • Designed a procurement department review process to audit vendors, ensuring each meets Rosen’s standard invoicing criteria. This audit red flagged multiple vendors, identifying issues with invoices, which were corrected, or the vendors were terminated. This increased processing speeds while reducing follow up needed to correct invoices. • Manage the regional sharepoint savings report and linked it to the global saving report to streamline and automate data collection process, which was then implemented company wide.
