Tech Tool Plastics is a local helicopter window design and manufacturing company with products for many different helicopters. At Tech Tool Plastics, my services include and have included: extensive ERP software reconfiguration, report writing, employee training and support, and software maintenance. • Successfully implemented multiple Acctivate ERP modules into a live system• Wrote and modified dozens of Crystal Reports, allowing Tech-Tool to be more efficient• Trained all employees and consulted on inventory tracking and tracing capabilities

Thomas Plastics Inc. is a local plastic bottle manufacturing company that supplies bottles for numerous industries including Restaurant, Food, & Beverage, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical. Throughout high school, I had a great impact on nearly every aspect of TPI's business. I have significantly improved operations such as accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, customer management, reporting, warehouse efficiency, and more. At Thomas Plastics Inc, I have:• Implemented Acctivate enterprise resource planning software, replacing Excel based inventory, sales, purchases, and customer management; completely revamping TPI’s business operations• Designed and established a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based inventory warehouse automation system focused on traceability, error reduction, and visibility saving TPI an estimated twenty labor hours per day, over $400,000 initially and between $10,000 and $20,000 annually• Developed web and GUI based software systems using Python, SQL, JavaScript, and many other current technologies to manage and automate daily business operations by connecting RFID data to the Acctivate ERP system; providing TPI with a centrally automated solutiono This includes product refurbishment tracking, product pricing, production scheduling and final reporting, live warehouse displays, and shipment tracking systems; these programs utilize the central ERP and RFID systems to provide accurate, empirical, and trustworthy dataOverall, TPI’s investment in information systems has proven to make everyday business operations both in the warehouse and in the office faster, easier, highly accurate and efficient while also improving customer service and employee productivity.

At ExxonMobil, I worked on the NextGen IT/OT team in IT Strategy/Architecture & Technology.· I learned React, NodeJS, Express, OpenShift and Kubernetes, FreeIPA, and AzureAD while I created a new "Self Service" application. · I provided a platform agnostic design which will enable my project to be usable today and in the future, considering the evolving requirements· Overall, I successfully completed the project given to me and will impact nearly 200 users company wide and save the team 4-6 hours per week

• Established an automated service provisioning system with Ansible that deploys PHP applications on customer payment using secure and idempotent procedures• Decreased service creation lead time from an average of 24 hours to less than 5 minutes

Steve Hawkins Custom Homes is a local custom homes builder, commercial constructor, and land developer. At Steve Hawkins Custom Homes, I have:· Converted data from outdated custom in-house software to commercial home planning software and implemented this new workflow into their business. This saved SHCH thousands in consulting costs and days of downtime.· Re-wrote over a dozen reports from scratch using Crystal Reports· Trained all employees on the new software, resulting in a successful conversion

In addition to the other large projects I completed for FWBT, I have also been working as a general software consultant on many other smaller business projects. For example, I:· Regularly delivered quick results on small implementation issues FWBT faced during the years on software such as MS IIS and Epicor P21 · Implemented multiple programs and systems to automate smaller tasks, for example, OmniPage Ultimate OCR.

Fort Worth Bolt & Tool later hired me again to convert data from Infor.SX to Epicor’s P21. I was on the conversion team and led the extraction and mapping of company data. My work allowed a successful data conversion of hundreds of tables and millions of rows from OpenEdge Progress to Microsoft SQL Server. My main tasks included:• Familiarize myself with OpenEdge Progress database and Hyperion query software• Lead meetings to find out what FWBT needs exported and moved to the new software• Work with Epicor to address issues with importing data• Research, understand, and manipulate exported data so that it can be imported into P21• Document every export and any edits made, and then re-do it on go live day

Fort Worth Bolt & Tool is a local company that sells tools and other construction parts. I was asked to optimize their online store, which was powered by Infor SX, for Google search. I was able to bring their website to the top 3 results when searching for their largest vendor. However, since they have changed their website (as well as their ERP software) and decided to not continue pursuing a high rank in Google, they have lost the position.
